Good location

Good location

Had to ask for water twice as house keeping didn’t give us any on second day. False nail on floor. No tea bags had to ask. Dirty cup not replaced. Lights to toilet would not come on unless main light was switched on first which woke my husband up. Went to breakfast and was waiting patiently when a couple the man on charge knew barged past and was dealt with before us. I pointed out this was rude but your man said it was because they were in a rush. We left before them so they were not. I therefore found the customer service not up to par. The room was dark, we couldn’t see a view. Not worth the 300 a night price tag. Will not come back to this hotel

Location is very good and close to a lot of the main attractions. Close to the New Street car park and the hotel gives a discount on the parking charges. staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean with lots of wardrobe space for a family of four.

Rooms can get very complicated to find. The water pressure in the shower is not great.
