Do not expect too much luxury. It is basic and a bit small. The sink really needs to be different, it's impossible to brush your teeth there. A night light would have been nice too.

The staff. Male staff watched my friend and me struggle with bags after being delayed for 7 hours. This was shared with the staff, yet they did not make an attempt to help us up the stairs to the entrance to check in. Rooms are extremely small. The hotel is not maintained. This is not a comfortable stay but for anyone trying to view London for a very short stay.

It was very hot in the rooms and no air conditioning, but a fan was provided. They do make quite a bit of noise when running and you need to sleep...

THE PROBLEM LIES IN ROOM 204 YOU GO UP TO THE SECOND FLOOR IN THE ELEVATOR, GO DOWN HALF A FLOOR, PASS AN UNCOMFORTABLE CORRIDOR, SOME DOORS AND MORE CORRIDOR, THE SHOWER IS TINY AND THE BATHROOM SANITATION FROM WHEN ISABEL II MADE HER FIRST COMMUNION
