The room was very small, and you have to ask for the cleaning, otherwise it’s every four days, if I am not mistaken.

Hardly any space for 2 suitcases, no possibility to store own clothes in the wardrobe. No bath mat next to the shower.

Rooms are dirty, small, not cleaned. The issue of protecting the environment is used as an excuse, no towel or any other change. Breakfast is weak, hard to find halal products.

It didn’t have a place to put shampoo in the shower, the curtains, sanitary and bedsheet were dirty, bad quality towels, room was dirty and had bad illumination

The location of the hotel was very good for us. Being within walking distance to the central train station and Tivoli Gardens was a great advantage. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also liked the general atmosphere of the hotel, common areas, and especially the breakfast. Overall, we think it is a clean, comfortable, and very suitable hotel for a city trip.

Our attic room on the fifth floor was generally comfortable, but it was not very easy to ventilate the room by opening the window. Also, the absence of a coffee machine and kettle in the room was a small deficiency; adding these will further enhance the comfort.
