Location. On the first floor, there was free coffee to drink, and it was nice to have a shared electric kettle.

The toilet flush is bad. The water from the shower room flows outside the shower room.
A 7 min walk to the main train station. Nice neighborhood with coffee shops, restaurants, a beer garden, and a park.

Bike lanes mixed with sidewalks. Bikers sometimes have a poorly marked lane between sidewalk areas with high-speed cyclists and electric bikes flying by 2 feet away at high speeds occasionally and often at rush hour. Lanes have no barrier and are poorly marked. If not careful until you get used to it, you will get injured.
