For a 5-star hotel, too many things were not in order. Out of the 4 elevators, only 1 was working. This had been the case for days, and previous reviews indicate that this was not an isolated incident. There are 30 floors, so this caused a lot of delays and frustration. The indifferent attitude of the staff really disappointed us. Such inconvenience becomes even more irritating unnecessarily. We had paid extra for 'club access' when booking. When we asked about it during check-in, the response was: 'Oh, we don't do that anymore.' When I asked what I had paid extra for, the receptionist said: 'You didn't pay extra for that.' Fortunately, I could prove it with the booking information, but no solution was offered. Tip: remove the champagne vending machine in the lobby and ensure the basics are in order.

ELEVATOR WAS DOWN

Location excellent.

Elevators not working. Only one bank out of four was in service. Had to ride up to get down and that took about 20 minutes. Heard Nothing from the hotel!! If they cared they should have informed the guests and if they cared to offer an apology. The working staff however was very nice!!
