On the last day when we were leaving, we were assisted by an employee who was not helpful or accommodating. She seemed irritated when we didn't fully understand what she meant regarding the deposit. We also asked for a map of the city to take home. She thought we didn't need it since we were going home. Otherwise, very nice and helpful staff
