Very friendly staff, clean spaces, and paid parking available. Rich breakfast, close to a metro station. Very comfortable bed. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The area around the hotel is run-down and dirty, do not walk alone at night for any reason, and if you happen to go out at night, use a taxi that will take you to and from the hotel for your safety. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, I just point it out so that future guests know what to expect. The location is convenient because it is close to the center, no problem if you go out during the day!
There was a strong sewage smell in the room. We tried to sleep with that smell.

Ideal location near metro station, a few minutes from the center. The hotel itself has a beautiful rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the Acropolis. The service is super friendly, food is average and limited. Nice dining options located right next to the large roundabout where the hotel is also located. Especially the Vietnamese restaurant is recommended. Contrary to other reviews, we felt very safe. There is good lighting everywhere, police and cameras. There are always many people on the street. Yes, there are people in poverty and some homeless people, but it is also a super large city. In any case, we did not feel unsafe on and around the metro, and in the hotel. The parking garage is indeed tight. Musty and neglected. But the elevator works and there is good lighting. The steel gate always closes in the evening.

The breakfast has potential and is quite extensive, but everything is overcooked or left out for too long, even if you come to eat at 7 am. This can easily be improved by preparing small portions shortly before serving. Breakfast is extensive and the bread, cake, and sweets were good. The biggest downside is that 2 of the two single beds apparently had a pull-out third bed, so it differed in height from the other. In addition, this bed creaked enormously and slanted sideways. (room 210). Because we only stayed for three nights and we had already changed rooms because initially we had a room without a balcony, we decided not to say anything about this. But the housekeeping staff should also notice this.
The location was very convenient, close to the train station. Nice, relaxing atmosphere at the rooftop with a view. Having the bread factory next door was a plus. Breakfast was good!

Outdated.
The location is excellent; it only took us about 20 minutes to walk to Monastiraki and was only a 3-minute walk from the metro. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. The view from the top of the building was wonderful. If the rooms were a little bigger, it would have been excellent.

The room was small; the elevator could only fit 2 slim people. If there are 3 of you and your husband has a belly, it would be impossible for all of you to fit in together.
