Location, close to the old town and near the train station. For us, this was important due to a very early departure.

I don't necessarily need a hotel to be sleek and design-oriented, but here it was all just not quite right. A bit rickety. The hotel deserves an upgrade. The rate is quite high, which is not entirely justified. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the reception is open 24 hours.
Polish breakfast, a bit different from what one is used to but tasty and sufficient. Nice hotel with character and not overly renovated. Charming! A touch of history!

We had the smaller suite, which, small is a relative term, it felt like it was significantly more than 37m2. The furniture including the beds and couches were top-notch, a scratch here and there on something old is fine. The bathroom is fully tiled and huge. The suite is located outside the hotel in the backyard. Ground floor, except for a 3cm step to the bathroom, wheelchair accessible. The patio you walk through is like a jungle with well-maintained plants, a fountain, a koi pond, and various seating areas. In the 2nd photo, you can see the entrance to the suite. The hotel is about 300m from the train station with almost direct tram connection. Two 0.33L bottles of water were provided daily, with and without bubbles, trash cans were emptied daily, vacuumed, and glass surfaces were cleaned daily. There was a mini kitchen with a fridge. The air conditioning also works. Breakfast is extensive.

Something the hotel cannot control. The location of the suite is a bit complicated. The windows face a side street with a small 24-hour shop opposite. The noise from the tram is overpowering. For non-city dwellers or light sleepers, it's a bit of a disaster. Also, the alleged satellite connection does not exist. Naturally, the radio can only receive Polish stations. Beds have a standard 2-meter length. The staff still need to learn how to make beds properly, especially in the suite.
Close to the center.

The hotel did not meet my expectations. The price is not adequate for the hotel's standard.
