Staff were friendly, the waitress at the hotel restaraunt was very kind to me and my family as well! Location is good for transit to/from airport, and works fine when doing full daytrips into the city Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

When we booked early in the year, part of what helped us decide on a hotel was the availability of a free shuttle to/from the airport whenever needed. However, their policy changed at the start of August and they did not respect services that were promised to earlier bookings. I feel they should have made exceptions for guests who booked long before their policy change. In fact, it was still advertised to be free on some booking sites since it was changed so suddenly. There were a number of additional holding charges on my credit card for some reason. The front desk staff were polite, but couldn't figure out what had happened so I simply had to wait for the holding charges to be removed. Very strange. The pool area should have clear rules about appropriate conduct- young adults being inappropriate when families (including minors) were around was an issue during our stay.
