The hotel is very nice and the cleanliness was quite good. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and very attentive to everything. The location is good, it's a safe area and the pool is delightful. They allowed us to have a late checkout at no cost because we had a baby, and then they kept our luggage until we had to go to the airport. The atmosphere on the rooftop is very pleasant and overall the hotel is very peaceful

I didn't like several things: 1) Breakfast was the same every day so that got a bit tiring because everything was very repetitive. 2) I didn't like that not all the staff were friendly, some were but others weren't, and I think that should be mandatory for working in a hotel. 3) Very few food options on the rooftop to spend the 20 USD in credits they gave us. Honestly, we enjoyed food one night, the other nights we had to order drinks and there were some nights we lost the credits because we didn't know what else to order. 4) I understand that tips are important but seriously, for everything and so high? I found it to be an exaggeration. 5) The air conditioning in one of the rooms was too noisy. Eventually, you get used to the tiredness but truly, sleeping with that noise is not easy for everyone
