We had a good room, and the hotel is near the subway station, so you can easily get to the city center. I highly recommend adding their breakfast to your stay, as it offers great value and quality. There is a shop nearby, but be aware that it doesn't work on Sundays.

It would be cool to have a single mattress on top of our two nearby beds. Having this "hole" between the beds is not that great or comfortable. But I believe it is a standard in hotels. Also, a bigger fridge might be a great addition to the room.

It was very close to the metro. The room was very clean and the building was quiet. There was an excellent range of food for breakfast.

The air conditioning did not seem to work very well so we opened the window through the night for a comfortable temperature but then had quite alot of traffic noise.

La colazione buona e varia, soprattutto per il salato. La posizione a pochi minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana, dove passano 4 linee che portano in centro velocemente. In generale la struttura dell'hotel.

La stanza era piccola, senza mensole o armadi per riporre gli indumenti. Inoltre, all'arrivo non era ben pulita. Lo abbiamo segnalato alla reception, che ha mandato su una persona a pulire, ma forse perché avevamo già preso possesso della stanza, l'intervento è stato molto limitato. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto un problema con la porta della stanza che restava spalancata. È stato inviato rapidamente un tecnico a sistemarla (gentile e disponibile), ma la situazione si è ripresentata più volte, anche in orario serale in cui il personale tecnico non era presente, fino alla sostituzione della serratura l'ultima sera del nostro soggiorno. In casi come questi credo sia opportuno di procedere subito a un cambio di stanza, per limitare i disagi per gli ospiti. L'ultimo giorno, avendo il volo presto al mattino, abbiamo chiesto di prepararci la colazione a portare via, specificando alla reception un problema di allergia alla mela e chiedendo di tenerne conto nella preparazione del box. Purtroppo arrivati in areoporto abbiamo scoperto che nel box c'erano succo di mela e una mela intera! Purtroppo non ho potuto mangiare nulla. Raccomandarei più attenzione ai clienti e alle loro esigenze.
