Great location, right next to the Hauptbahnhof. Friendly welcome and all staff were so helpful and polite - available all the time. Cozy bar area to sit in the evening. Room very clean, large, and comfortable. Easy check in and check out, online.

I had booked last minute for one night with my dog. The staff was very friendly and we got a dog bed with toys in the room. Very attentive. I had booked a room on the 16th floor with a fantastic view.
