Room service ordering system didn't work. Bar ordering system unsatisfactory. No ability to charge purchases to the room account.
Staff was friendly. Sophia helped us out a lot. The pool and food was excellent.

The place was not properly ventilated. The AC barely worked and there were nights when the heat was unbearable. I think portable fans should be available to rent for the rooms where the AC doesn't keep the room cool.

Tennis courts onsite, but they did NOT provide any bats all balls.....very disappointing.
