Black mold on the grout in my shower, almost no hot water so had a cold shower, towels in the bathroom were unpleasant and cheap (even the towels by the pool were nicer). The lifts were difficult to use, sometimes they would recognize my card, sometimes not, and when you try to press your floor they often don't work but light up other floors instead
