Air-conditioned. I slept the best on this trip. The coop was also nearby and convenient. The staff was very friendly. You can go to the airport in one go.

Not clean. We found many hairs in the bed and the toilet wasn't clean. They just clean the room for the sake of it.
New structure, furnished in a functional way. The hotel is also suitable for families. Very clean even in common areas. The staff is kind and courteous. Alice at the reception is very professional, smiling, and helpful, she gave us a lot of information about the city and transportation. Very pleasant stay. We will definitely return to the Novotel in Zurich.
