Only a coffee machine in the room. No kettle. Toilet roll and water were not replaced in the room at any point during the stay, which was a shame
We stayed only 1 night after a trip to the Tatras. Before that, we stayed 5 nights at the Radisson. Both hotels are 4 stars and roughly the same price. In fact, there are 2 big differences in service, level, and breakfast. The only advantage of Leonardo is the size of the room ordered. There is only a coffee machine in the room. Hot water for tea needs to be taken from the lobby. The water in the bathroom did not drain. No bath amenities. Only a combined 3-in-1 tube of soap/shampoo and that's it. They didn't even offer help with the luggage, sad.
