This hotel is right in the cozy center of Banff, a visit is highly recommended for the nice shops and many restaurants. The hotel has some restaurants inside and also a good breakfast buffet.

Check-in is online and you don't see any staff to show you around the hotel. Due to the renovation of the lobby, it was also a bit of a challenge to get upstairs with the elevator and difficult to figure out how the mobile room door worked. That is quite a "cold" experience and less practical in our view.
