The TV was not working and the door took a while to open
Impeccable staff even with the hotel fully booked on Rock in Rio weekend. Excellent location (next to Copacabana Palace). Quiet for sleeping even though close to the beach. The apartment for a couple with 1 child is a great size.

The breakfast at a separate rate and with a much higher value than the category limited us from having breakfast there (more than a hundred reais per person). We took the opportunity to have breakfast in the surroundings, which were plentiful in options.

The location is good, although on a six-lane road, which was relatively loud with the window open. The rooftop terrace is small, but it offers a beautiful view.

The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, the service was very slow, no complimentary water, coffee, tea, which is even standard in every mid-range hotel, overpriced laundry service, everything within the hotel is very outdated, unstable Wi-Fi
