Check in staff pleasant and friendly. Checked in efficiently and found the room easily. Bit small perhaps but clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked well. Room was quiet. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold foods and despite the time of year, we were able to eat outside on the terrace. Lifts speedy and efficient.

The receptionist was not good at check-in procedures and explaining information about the hotel and was not cooperative. The hotel is in the middle of the old town, so entering and exiting by car takes time, suitable for those who want to explore the city on foot
