Unfortunately, it happened that the towels were changed, they didn't give us ours, I think it can happen, and there was some black hair inside

The room was quite spacious, comfortable bed, well-lit, clean. Clean towels and sheets of good quality, they changed them every two days. The entrance and common areas have very nice decorations. I needed somewhere to store clothes. The fridge was only a cooler, it didn't cool.
