The interior seems to be recently ( not very recent ) renovated but it feels like it was done on a budget. Also our shower didn’t drain properly :(
During my stay, I experienced several issues that impacted my overall experience. The kettle in the room was not functioning, and the cups provided were not properly cleaned. In addition, the tea and coffee supplies were not the usual standard and were insufficiently stocked. I also noted that there was no bath mat in the bathroom. Furthermore, the availability of slippers and gowns is something the hotel may wish to review, as these amenities contribute significantly to guest comfort and convenience. I trust this feedback will assist in improving the guest experience going forward.
