The hotel is rated three stars and offers a generally positive experience. Recently refurbished rooms add to the overall appeal. However, we encountered significant challenges due to the hotel’s uneven ground floor and numerous small staircases. These obstacles made it particularly difficult for wheelchair users and those with baby carriages. Additionally, the small elevators were inadequate for carrying luggage. Unfortunately, there is no alternative route to avoid the uneven floors. Despite helpful staff, it’s clear that the hotel is not well-suited for guests with wheelchairs or small children.

We were able to attain a beautiful and clean apartment at a reasonable rate in a good, decent area. The staff are very helpful and speak good English and help in any situation. They are simply a phone call away and respond very rapidly. The restaurant is also open 24/7 and is also a phone call away. There are many hotspot locations around us starting from tourist hotspots to very easily accessible supermarkets and restaurants. Orange and red line metro stations are walking distance from the residencies. The comfortability of the apartment exceeded our expectations. The bathrooms and rooms were spotless upon arrival and fully equipped with all the necessary condiments. All the electronic items, including the washing machine and fridge, were fully functional.

Hello there! We would like to support this hotel in the hard period of the pandemic. We had a very nice Moscow trip last summer and stayed at this Hotel! We remember what a great time we had – everything was excellent – our spacious room with a nice Moscow view, staff, food! We even played billiards one evening! And the location was extremely perfect – all we needed was nearby. I hope we will be able to see each other once again in the future, kisses from Malta!

Great place! Nearby Magnit, SPAR, Pyaterochka, 15 minutes walk to Leningradsky railway station. Everything is in the room, we didn't need anything. The hotel staff is very friendly and responsive! With children, you can visit the children's room. There is a cafe.
