Excellent location next to Plaza Espana, Gran Via and the Royal Palace. Very nice and organised stuff. Rich breakfast. Classic and premium room setting. Was a positive surprise.

Only minor things like too cool in the breakfast hall at times, while it was above 35°C outside. Two but independent elevators were not efficient. Not so easy to operate shower.
