The check-in is too late at 16:00. We arrived at 14:00, which is okay, but when we came back at 16:20, our room was not ready. At 17:00, we accepted another room because it was not ready yet.

The property makes no sense. You enter, have to take an elevator down half a floor, then take a different elevator back up. The elevators were tiny and dirty, with garbage on the ground. They were also slow. We had a lower courtyard room so we basically looked out at mechanical equipment and had no view. That's fine because it was a quick overnight stay, we just wanted something close to the train and reasonably priced. But the hotel was dumpy. They repeatedly emailed to suggest I spend more to upgrade the room. I didn't, so I knew we would be in a cheap room. But also, if you have all these empty upgrade rooms, a lot of hotels just upgrade you so you have a better experience. This isn't that hotel. The hotel was fine - safe, well-situated, clean enough, but nothing special. Fine for one night, but if our main stay was booked there, I would be disappointed.
Had to change the room due to no covers over the window. Noisy area. Cracked tiles in the bathroom. The coffee machine did not work. No facilities for tea making. No wake-up call which we had booked.
