The place was a dump! Torn curtains, workout rug, no AC, the guy behind the counter was nasty, etc.
Very run down place, old, dirty linens on the floor on the hallway, smelled stuffy.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal to explore downtown and the Robson Street area, which is very lively. The suites are big and allow for self-catering.

Downtown Vancouver can be very noisy, but there is nothing the hotel staff can do about it. The furniture and the building are a bit tired and could do with refurbishment.

The hotel is really run down and dirty. There were two cockroaches

Very run down, as soon as we walked into the room there were stains on the floor, white stuff on the couch, stain on the lampshade(looks like blood), brown splatter in the kitchen on the wall, shower was dirty, bedding had a stain.
