All was good
The keys to our door were not opening. We constantly needed to get security to open for us. They said they would fix it, but didn't do so until we left. The couch in the pictures looked great but was quite flimsy in person. The view from the balcony was the worst. The surroundings overall are not so great.

The disabled bathroom was horrible. The dinner buffet is overpriced - 2 choices of meat and 3 choices of sides is NOT a buffet. Not even a roast. Vegetables were so raw, baby marrow still crunched, impossible to eat.
