The television, despite being a smart TV, did not allow access to Netflix or other streaming services.... The channel availability was very limited and reduced even more during the rainy day. The streaming issue needs to be resolved urgently, nowadays it makes a big difference.
The location was great and so was the breakfast buffet. Room was fantastic and very spacious. A very good hotel in Copacabana.

I would like to compliment the hotel in all aspects! Since my arrival by Uber at the hotel, I was very well received by the person who took my luggage. Then at the reception, I was extremely well attended. The room was impeccable with a nice smell, fragrant sheets! Not to mention that the entire hotel team sent me a little gift because I said I was pregnant. It's been a long time since I was so well attended! The hotel's training is excellent! All the staff are extremely polite. From the luggage person, security, waiter, messenger! I am delighted with the hotel!

Friendly welcome, great location, clean and comfortable. The weather was bad so we did not get a chance to try the pool but it looked great.
