Although from the outside the structure may seem a bit dated, inside it turned out to be comfortable, welcoming, and pleasant. A strong point is definitely the staff, always very kind and helpful. We particularly appreciated their attention: when a friend of mine realized she had forgotten her toothbrush, they immediately provided a new one. The breakfast was also good, with a nice selection of both sweet and savory products. Our room also had a terrace, which turned out to be very convenient and pleasant, especially for sitting outside in the evening. The location is strategic, very close to the metro and the train station, and allows for easy travel to visit Lisbon. Overall, a very pleasant stay, especially due to the location, the comfort of the structure, and the great kindness of the staff.

The only small note concerns the elevators: being a rather large hotel with many guests, during peak hours they can be very busy and the waiting times can be a bit long.

There were not enough outlets in the room. I had to plug everything into one outlet that didn't have a table. The fact that there were no coffee packets or tea bags was very concerning. Also, there was no place to plug in the tea pot. I could not get the refrigerator to cool.
