Appreciate the Upgrade to Club class. We had a well spread out Buffet Sunday Brunch at a discounted rate; thanks. Several Walk-ins. We had nice filter coffee in the morning. The location suited our requirement, perfectly. Staff are earnest but visibly tense. It was a busy hotel

Room - overall could be cleaner. Didn't appreciate that the AC thermostat was 'Locked' in Vent/26 degs mode. It was subsequently corrected. Plumbing needs an overhaul. Windows need cleaning. We cant say, we didnt like the above. These are constructive critiques.

Breakfast and dinner were out of this world! We thoroughly enjoyed everything. Most importantly, my children loved the stay and the food. I had never seen them eat so much—they ate to their hearts’ content! 😊 The hotel is strategically located, with easy access to nearby shopping areas and other amenities. Another experience that truly touched our hearts was the evening prayer accompanied by beautiful music. The atmosphere felt so divine, peaceful, and uplifting. We had a wonderful stay. The next time we visit Chennai, we will definitely choose GRT Hotel again!
