Everything! The staff was very nice to us and we had a room upgrade which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel security was also very important for us as we felt even safer. Excellent

The bathroom very old - the furniture very old fashioned and the carpet very dirty
die Lage ist perfekt, ziemlich ruhig für Kairo, nicht weit zu 15 Okt. Strasse wo es Läden gibt, Metrostation in der Nähe und vom Flughafen ging es erstaunlich schnell. Vor dem Hotel gibt es den neuen Weg entlang des Nils (25 Pound Eintritt, was sich Lohnt). Das Frühstück, der Gym und das Pool.... und einen ganz besonderen Dank dem Zimmermädchen, das mein Zimmer gemacht hat.... sie hat extrem sauber geputzt, sie war sehr freundlich. Best employee. Aber auch alle anderen Anestellte sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
De kamer was heel erg groot, we hadden een upgrade gekregen naar een suite

Het personeel communiceert NIET met elkaar. Er is meermaals iemand naar de kamer gekomen met een rekening, terwijl ik mijn creditcard als deposit had achtergelaten bij de receptie 1,5 uur met mijn zoon bij het zwembad gezeten, en niemand die ons vraagt iets te drinken. Totdat mijn man er bij kwam zitten, toen kwam er wel iemand. Voorgerecht én hoofdgerecht word op tafel neergezet met de woorden: wij doen dit hier niet apart, en krijgt alles. 40min gewacht op dessert, boos weggegaan en gevraagd deze maar van de bon te halen. 20min later kwamen ze hem alsnog brengen naar de kamer. Echter lag mijn zoon toen wel al op bed Net ingestapt in de taxi om naar het vliegtuig te gaan, rent er iemand achter de auto aan met een pinapparaat omdat er nog een rekening open staat. Wat niet kan, aangezien ik nog 5 min geleden alles heb afgekeken aan de balie. Stonden ze daar weer een kwartier te bakelijen met z’n allen. Ik heb de rekening betaald om mijn vlucht niet te missen. Dit moet nog steeds verrekend worden
