I was placed in an accessible room which wasn't required and it took 15 minutes to check in. Its a shame because every other time I have stayed was great

Lack of drinking water, lack of the possibility to heat food, although everything for cooking is available. It is desirable for the room to have a window that can be opened.
Great pillows and bed. Friendly staff upon check in and check out. My request for a low floor, off the main road was met. Fantastic as I am in Sydney for a training course and live in the quiet country.
