Beautiful rooms and a wonderful staff. We stayed twice, a week apart, and both times they knew who we were as soon as we walked in and had everything ready before I even said my name.

Great location, easy to walk across river to 3three Arena. Subsidised parking just around the corner. The hotel itself is beautiful, decor is calming, lovely Rituals toiletries in bathroom. The rooms are small but have been well thought out with good storage. Comfy beds and a great shower. Best bit was breakfast. Served to the table with a menu! No buffet here. Service was really excellent from check in (you can do it yourself online) to breakfast service. I know its a tiny bit pricey but I would definitely recommend it, worth it.

Only stayed one night, would've loved a second!

I got a free upgrade. However, I was then in the basement with a cellar window and a light shaft where a light was on at night, which made it difficult for me to sleep even with the curtains closed, but a solution was found for that too and then it was better. Otherwise great room, nice staff, good a la carte breakfast, which also catered to individual requests. Top days and still quiet. Would definitely book a third time.

Sometimes a bit noisy. When someone moved in the room above me, especially at night, it was very loud, but bearable.

Breakfast was disappointing. We were offered a later slot (9.45am) which was good but the cooked breakfast was not freshly prepared. All the cooked ingredients had obviously been done much earlier and kept under heaters which meant that they were all very dry and very hard, so not enjoyable.
