A localização é boa e a staff muito prestável. O prédio em si, tem bons acessos e tem elevador funcional, o que é de louvar.

Camas degradas, um quarto com 4 camas, qual delas a pior, super desconfortáveis e colchões a precisar de troca urgente. O interruptor para ligar as luzes de teto está junto longe da porta. A casa de banho era cuidada e com o básico necessário, porém a banheira, apesar de funcional só tem chuveiro fixo e não tem tapete antiderrapante, o que torna perigosa a utilização.
