From what I have seen and used, nothing!

My reviews are always objective, so I will tell things as they are. I stayed only one night in this hotel and did not have breakfast, so my evaluation is related to the room and the staff's welcome. The room and the bathroom were fine, I don't remember any particular critical issues. The sore point was the welcome. Both the people at the sauna center entrance (which apparently is connected to this hotel) and the reception itself were not very friendly, to say the least. In general, it should be understood that customers should not be treated with indifference or monosyllables, but should be welcomed warmly. None of the people I had the opportunity to interact with here was friendly or collaborative, and I do not think this is in their favor. In addition, they have the audacity to make you pay, I don't even remember how many euros (I think around 10 euros), to store luggage in lockers, when it would be enough to provide a luggage room exactly as it happened in Helsinki, Riga, Vilnius, and in another hotel in Tallinn. Probably the idea is to make the customer independent from the reception, but I did not like at all neither the way they behaved nor in general asking for all that money, when any other hotel (much more prestigious than this one) provided a room for FREE. The breakfast may be good and the rooms may not be terrible, but if the morning shows the day, if you have other choices, it's better to opt for other hotels. No one expects big smiles and big talks, but the minimum required to make people who are there to stay and PAY feel comfortable.
