I thought breakfast would have been included for the price, in addition to paying 25 euros, which is expensive.

The lies of the person who checked us in were fortunately corrected by his colleagues the next day. The parking price is prohibitive.
The location was fantastic, 1-2 minutes from the main station and from the Berlin mall. On the other hand, 2 minutes from the historical shop. Extremely close to everything; we walked to almost every cultural and historical stop. The room was cleaned daily and spacious.

The bed was the worst I have ever experienced. Hard as a wooden plate with bolted springs all along the middle of the mattress, so you feel spikes all over your spinal cord. Left with excruciating back and neck pain. The location is great, but the room and corridors seem old, the carpets are stained all over, and an additional socket near the bed is required. Also, no smart TV.
Check-in and check-out were extremely easy and fast. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, and a beautiful, nice, and quiet bar.
