In general, the staff is not bad, I give them a 4 out of 5. The location is good, close to Taksim Square.

The rooms were not very fresh, there is a smell. Too expensive price for a child's bed, they asked for 40 euros per day. In other hotels, this is free or at a minimum price (for example, at the Radisson 15 euros). There were no regular napkins in the room.

I had a very good stay at the Nippon hotel, ideal location to visit the city, very clean room and comfortable bed, varied breakfast and especially kind, helpful and smiling staff. Special mention to Kenan 🙏

Second stay at Nippon hotel and it will never be the last, the staff are extremely professional, ethical, very helpful, and very polite, always available for service. I would like to thank especially Mrs. Nancy and Mr. Farat for what they have done, especially Mrs. Nancy, as I had a problem during my stay period that forced me to leave and return to Kuwait, and I had 11 days left of my stay that were non-refundable, but I was compensated with a new stay for a much lower amount and an upgrade for my next reservation, and this is a situation that I am very grateful for.
