The room was already very expensive and everything costs extra. Parking costs extra. Even if you want to use the kitchen appliances it costs extra.

Not clean, broken sink, dirty shower and corners. Sealant foam on the floor. Everything very worn out. TV with few channels. Air conditioning in the window very dirty, very dusty.
