The palace-like architecture of the place, the smell of flowers and incense, the live sitar playing, very welcoming and helpful staff with big smiles, the landscaping in and around the hotel - everything was very pleasant, attractive, and peaceful.

If they had more info about how to get a SIM in the city - that would have been a bit more helpful.
Property is spread over 25 acres so that is a plus, you can do a lot within the property. It has an associated history. Peaceful getaway. Portion size of food is good.

Water quality in the bathroom. It's salty. They need to work on it.
They made my special food. The gym is very nice and the spa. Pool is clean and great. Beautiful garden, also cafes and bars. All staff is friendly.

Drinks served next to the pool in the evening led to drunk male people using foul, loud, and abusive language, which made the atmosphere unbearable. Staff was excellent, but they must refrain from discussing their matters in a loud voice. Most important: Size of the cage should be nearly 50 times so that the birds don’t forget to fly. The external tent house material should be covered, and the lawn adjacent to it must be clean. Important: The lawn in front of room 1411, level 1, has multiple nests of weaver birds in the middlemost tree. A board indicating the same can be installed there. It will add to another event on the premises. A binocular to view the same can be installed in the gallery. It can be an attractive feature of the hotel.
