It could do with a toilet in the lobby area for guests before check in.

Room in a good location - safe street, right next to the gate of China Town. The hotel is very well maintained. The room was not tiny, two people fit, but without much space (with 3 suitcases per person). The bathroom was very neat - a very nice aspect was the bathtub shower.

After check-in (around 9 pm) we were not told much about what is in the hotel - we found out about the coffee bar on the ground floor in the lobby ourselves. We were not explained how the room cleaning works - when checking out, we noticed that you have to "request" cleaning by hanging a sign, however, the tip bag for cleaning was visibly left on the desk. The shower was a bit tricky to use - quite non-intuitive. A big problem is the carpets in the hallway - it's very difficult to move there with suitcases.

Clean and beautiful hotel with a top location in the middle of the city. We could reach almost all tourist activities on foot. All staff members were very friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not as "bright" and "modern" as shown in the photos, so we were slightly disappointed. The rooms also appear larger and more spacious in the photos than they actually are. Also, the elevator is a bit "wobbly", so you have a slightly strange feeling in your stomach on every ride. ;-)
