The rooms are very small and the bathroom trash can is tiny. The breakfast is very simple, with no options for lactose intolerant people (such as plant-based milk, lactose-free yogurt). It opens a bit late (at 7 am), and there are a lot of people waiting in the lobby for it to open. When it opens, there's that line... The hotel restaurant also doesn't have many meal options. The reception is almost always without staff, and there's no way to call them (and the worst part is that I'm staying at this hotel again).

Very comfortable bed and pillows, excellent and easy use of the app. All the amenities they sold or offered were very useful, quick, and easy to access, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of in that aspect.

We felt that there were things that were not explained, for example, that the entry key is used to activate the lights, telling us about the Wi-Fi and the reception or room service phone numbers, they were written elsewhere but if one is distracted, they may not see it, and personally, we don't like to bother those who work if they already have a system. Also, at night the room became very hot.
Everything was very good: the location, the service, the staff. The breakfast was good, except on Saturday, which was very basic, the other days had more food variety.

The room, although cozy and very clean, only had a hanger and barely a shelf, so if you stay for more days and bring more clothes, there is very little space, otherwise everything was very good.
