Had no problems or issues of any kind. I would definitely stay there again.
I stayed in Room 419 for two nights. Unfortunately, the air conditioner produced continuous loud mechanical noise throughout both nights, which seriously affected my sleep. I have a noise measurement report showing an average noise level of 63 dB(A), with the conclusion that it affects sleep and rest. Since this issue significantly impacted my stay, I would like to request appropriate compensation. Considering the circumstances, I believe a refund of one night’s room charge would be fair.
