The hotel is located in the heart of Waikiki and is only a few minutes' walk to the beach. The staff was very friendly and kindly offered early check-in as our room was ready. This was great as we arrived on an overnight flight. Loved the coffee and cold drinks available all day. Great breakfast. Very nice to have clean towels, beach chairs, parasols, and bodyboards available each day. Close to bus stops.

We had a room at the back of the hotel and every night heard 'vehicle reversing' alarms from the car park below. Maybe consider asking delivery drivers to disable these alarms in the middle of the night!

VIVE Hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of some highly recommended local spots, such as Paia Fish Market for delicious grilled fish and Maguro Spot for amazing poke, especially the Rainbow! It’s also conveniently close to beautiful beaches like Kaimana and Malakai, which are perfect for snorkeling. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! With an assortment of fresh fruits, egg omelets, and pastries, there was plenty to fuel us for the day ahead!
