- Très bon emplacement, proche des différentes stations de bus et métro. Proche aussi d'un supermarché Auchan. - le personnel est à l'écoute et fort sympathique, très serviable. J'avais demandé une bouilloire, je ne l'avais pas retrouvée dans la chambre à mon arrivée mais ils me l'ont donné après sans problème. - le buffet du petit déjeuner est super, très varié et très bon. - l'effort sur la décoration de Halloween pour se mettre dans l'ambiance - la literie très confortable, les chambres spacieuses, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour être à l'aise - la présence d'une salle de jeux - la soirée de fado avec des chanteurs aux voix magnifiques

- parfois on entend les voisins, il manque un peu d'isolation mais franchement c'était supportable - le ménage n'était pas toujours bien fait, surtout le sol, on retrouvait nos chaussettes noires après avoir marché avec - l'absence de tuyau de douche donc on ne peut pas se laver seulement le corps sans les cheveux, car l'eau sort par le haut. - c'est bien d'avoir une salle de jeux mais elle est au sous-sol et mal aérée. - peu de chaînes francophones. Ce nest pas une smart tv. Donc faut a chaque fois faire le partage d'écran si on veut par exemple regarder du contenu YouTube ou autre.

The windows couldn’t be opened at all, not even a little bit to get some fresh air. We asked at the reception and they told us that we have to ask in writing and after that they will unblock it… I am sorry I didn’t know this in advance, for us it was horrible not to be able to open any window…
