The location is good
Poor value for money, too expensive for what it offers. There are no outlets near the bed, the shower head in the bathtub was "held" by tape. The carpet was not particularly clean, we even found nanny pins on the floor. The fan was weak, we had to sleep with the window open to get some fresh air. The reception at checkout (6.30 a.m.) was not available and I was not given instructions on where to leave the keys, and the breakfast service girls did not know how to give directions. So I couldn't pay the tourist tax (which I didn't remember still having to pay) and had to take care of it later.

The room was good, but one slat of the extra bed fell. And the shower curtain in the bathroom needed to be replaced. Otherwise, it was fine

Room furnishings old, entire room worn out, very old carpets, room facing the street very noisy even with closed windows, so soundproof windows would be necessary here, room very warm, apparently lacking insulation, brown stains on the silicone seals in the bathroom, my duvet was washed but had gray mold stains, etc.
