Staff were not particularly friendly. Specially, Luna from breakfast. I do after to say Aidan, trainee, at the concierge on arrival was brilliant, despite arriving around 5pm our room wasn’t ready - he managed to recommend somewhere we can eat whilst they prepared our suite. Not great start to what’s supposed to a GREAT experience.

Luxurious hotel, in an amazing location. Room was large, with a beautiful view. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of food options within the hotel (if needed). Hotel sits over a large underground shopping mall and is 15 min away (walking) from Forbidden City.

Wifi did not reach my room.

Great option for accommodation. Not only because of the top location on Wangfujing pedestrian street. Family apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms are equipped with everything necessary, including a washing machine (detergents are replenished by room service), a full-size refrigerator with two compartments, a microwave, etc. There is always a Russian-speaking concierge at the reception desk (Aidos, Anna, huge thanks to you, helped to figure out so many local Chinese moments, including local apps, arranging passes for access to the central square at the right point and time, pre-ordering a table at the Michelin restaurant on the hotel's first floor, etc. And also found a way to check us in earlier). The breakfast is plentiful and varied, with dozens of European and Chinese dishes, plenty of space and plenty of staff, guests are seated upon arrival, no need to find a table (there were four of us) neither at the beginning nor at the end of breakfast (6.30-10.30), the dishes are always available and the necessary ones are available. Excellent strong coffee, a variety of fruits, including exotic ones. The hotel SPA is a real oasis (that's what it's called) with several pools with different water temperatures (including the main, huge one), a sauna, a hammam (both in the women's area and in the men's area), with free accessories for visiting and working until 11 pm (and the masters do massages until 1 am). On the minus first floor of the hotel, there is a brand new shopping center on several levels, including stores of brands not available in Russia (with affordable prices, the same inside the shopping network everywhere in Beijing), as well as many cafes and restaurants of different cuisines, including European and American. Especially liked the steakhouse and the dumpling restaurant Dumpling Si, returned to these two places several times. Booking offered an excellent accommodation price when booking, noticeably more profitable than the price for this luxurious room on the hotel's official website. The family is very happy, thank you again!

Did not notice anything like that. Maybe, for someone, the absence of free sparkling wine for breakfast will be a downside :)
