Not satisfied, always something missing, bathrobes, slippers, bedding was not clean and towels were scarce. Just tidy up. Especially the maid, let her tidy up!
Very comfortable establishment in a quiet neighborhood. The Front Office staff were very helpful. The associated restaurant was very good and I enjoyed its typical Viennese dishes. Extensive menu and the clientele was in majority Viennese / Austrians.
