Guests reported a very pleasant and enjoyable stay overall.
Great location of the hotel within walking distance from the metro station, making it very convenient and acceptable for staying in such an expensive city like Milan, while still being able to quickly reach any part of the city by public transport. The staff is very responsive and pleasant. Upon check-in, they gave a certificate for a complimentary bottle of good beer (although I don't drink alcohol at all). Really excellent breakfast, which can fuel you until evening, in the dining room with a nice view of the morning outskirts of Milan. The room is of a good size, with space to move around and even do some exercises, a decent table where you can sit comfortably and have dinner without worrying that two plates won't fit. A lovely big and, most importantly, very high bed, where you can stretch out well.

Two points. 1) The room had not very new renovation. Of course, this was expected, as I understood when booking, but there was still some surprise that the entire interior of the room was morally outdated. It was also funny that the shelf for shampoos in the quite large shower cabin is not near the vertical shower, but near the entrance to this shower cabin, which forces you to step out of the warm water, go for shampoo or gel, and then return back under the warmth. 2) Here is rather funny. It's about sound insulation. But not between the rooms - that's fine here. It's about the sound insulation of the sewage pipe, which you can hear quite well in the middle of the night.

the breakfast was standard, I was expecting some Italian pastries
The staff was courteous. The breakfast was varied, with a good selection, although with some room for improvement. At check-out, we were not charged for parking, which would have cost 15 € per day, so 60 € in total.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room was not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The room had a very small window, with a direct view of the building in front, and very little natural light: even during the day, it was often necessary to turn on the lights. The jacuzzi was not working. There were evident traces of mold around the tub, which remained even after cleaning. The floor was very worn and full of scratches, there were stains on the walls and on the bed headboard, old adhesive tape still attached to the wall, and even the bed linen was worn and torn. We paid around 1,600 € for two rooms for four nights, in addition to the tourist tax. I understand that Milan is an expensive city, but from a 4-star hotel, I expected maintenance and care of the rooms to be significantly better. At check-out, I reported these issues. I was told that for the hotel, a rating lower than 9 is considered negative, and I was offered a free night for a future stay, asking me not to leave a review. I preferred not to accept and simply tell my experience. Overall, while recognizing the positive aspects, personally I would not return to this hotel.
