That I didn’t have my king bed and my ocean view was blocked by shipping containers
Location is good, easy to find. Atmosphere was pleasant. Room nice and clean, but I did find outlets by the left side of the tv not working. Value: The price is kinda high for not being very busy. I asked about military discount and I was told it’s just a straight rate.

⭐ 1 STAR — DO NOT TRUST YOUR RESERVATION HERE I booked a one-bedroom suite nearly three months in advance for my wife, our two young children, and me. My confirmed total was $1,558.92. On the morning of our arrival—at approximately 10:50 a.m.—Front Desk Manager Kassandra emailed me saying that “renovation work” prevented the hotel from providing the suite I had reserved and paid for. About an hour later, General Manager Emmanuel gave me a completely different explanation: the hotel had made a mistake and double-booked our suite. In other words, the original renovation explanation was apparently not true. The hotel expected us to accept standard accommodations for the first two nights and then move into the suite afterward. We are traveling with two small children and eight pieces of luggage. Packing everything, changing rooms midway through our stay, and losing the space and amenities we specifically booked is a major disruption—not a minor inconvenience. Their proposed compensation was only 10,000 points and complimentary breakfast. Emmanuel then asked what it would take to make the situation right. I clearly explained that the first two nights should be complimentary because the hotel failed to provide the room type it had confirmed. After specifically asking what would satisfy me, he immediately refused and said I would still be charged approximately $200 per night for the standard room and $311 per night for the suite. Offering “free cancellation” only hours before check-in is not a meaningful solution either. By that point, our family was already traveling, and comparable accommodations could be unavailable or significantly more expensive. This hotel accepted my reservation nearly three months ago, confirmed a one-bedroom suite, failed to honor it, waited until the morning of arrival to notify me, and then provided conflicting explanations about why. The management’s communication was unprofessional, and their proposed resolution showed very little concern for the disruption they caused our family. The lesson: Do not rely on a confirmed reservation at this hotel. Based on my experience, even booking months in advance and paying for a specific room does not mean that room will actually be available when you arrive.

Accessible with good parking space. Great breakfast partnering with Starbucks.

More of a B&B than a family location, but great location for “base camp” in a FL Keys vacation plan.
We had a wonderful one-night stay in Key West for my birthday! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early, which was so appreciated since our little one needed his nap. My husband mentioned it was my birthday when booking, and they surprised me with balloons, candy, sparkling wine, and a sweet birthday card signed by Lela and Mitch. Such a thoughtful touch! The hotel has a beautiful tropical vibe, is quiet and relaxing, and we really enjoyed our stay. 🌴🥂
