Toilette getrennt vom Bad aber ohne eigenes Waschbecken. Keine Dusche, sondern nur Badewanne mit relativ hoher Wandung, was für ältere Leute schon fast ein handicap darstellt. Wegen zentraler Lage mehrmals pro Stunde Sirenen zu hören von Polizei und Ambulanz oder beidem, teilweise auch in Nachtzeiten, die Fenster sind dafür nicht hinreichend lärmgedämmt. Fenster nicht kippbar, der Küchentisch war ziemlich wackelig. Zum Ausklappen und Einklappen des Bettes (Umbau zur Sitzbank) braucht man schon gut ausgestattete Muskeln, ansonsten (Bett ausgefahren) wäre die "Wohnküche" sehr eng. Küchenausstattung sehr bescheiden, reicht aber für einfache Zubereitungen. Den Elektroherd zu schalten und zu steuern haben wir wir in der ganzen Woche nicht verstanden ,sondern zum Kochen und Braten so hingefummelt. Den Fahrstuhl kann man nur mit der Türkarte fahren, allerdings erhöht das aber auch die Sicherheit, da somit keine Fremden damit fahren können. Alles in allem viele unschöne Kleinigkeiten, die nicht so schlimm sind und die Gesamtnote noch im Plusbereich halten. Wir hatten das hotelmäßig geführte Appartement gewählt, um selber kochen zu können (Selbstversorgung).
