The location is very good! Several subways nearby as well as Paddington station where you arrive from Heathrow. Notting Hill is also very close. Price/performance is fully okay for London, the staff is very nice! Rooms are relatively spacious and very clean!

I had a room in the basement, it was very dark even during the day! Before that, it smelled of mold and rubble, not in the room itself! The rooms are very noisy!

We went in peak summer time and because the rooms are tiny it was absolutely boiling. Fans were available in the room but they were extremely dusty so we had to clean it before use. No AC or water bottles available in the hotel we had to go out and buy water.

A very nice hotel with excellent transport connections in Bayswater... I have been coming to the hotel for over 30 years and it is my favorite hotel in London. Very friendly staff, the hotel is very clean, breakfast is very good for London standards, rooms are typically small for London but completely sufficient! Many shops and good restaurants nearby and Kensington Gardens for relaxation. Next stay is already booked.

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the middle of August and it was really very hot. But the reception girl was so kind to show us 5 other rooms to choose the coolest one and give us 2 fans and a fridge in the room
